Paula McClaflin, Broker/Owner

I really like to help people find their dream homes, but even more, I like to buy and remodel homes! I find comfort and fun in purchasing a house and restoring it back to its former glory. The same holds true for buildings — I purchased the old Hart’s Bridal shop in the late fall of 2013 and basically gutted it and started over. I knew I wanted a firm where anyone that walked through my door would feel welcomed and my agents would love a great place to work! That dream has become a reality with the addition of new agents and staff, and a building we’ve called home for almost 10 years.

I have served on the Decatur County Emergency Management Commission, Decatur County E-911 Board, Decatur County EMS Council, Leon Park & Pool Board, and Leon Golf & Country Club Board. I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Kristin Flaherty, Associate Broker

I was born and raised on a family-owned Century Farm in South Central Iowa and attended and graduated from the Murray Community School District. I continued my post-high school education at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa. After graduating from college, I was hired at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the mortgage refinancing department and worked for them for over three and a half years before deciding to follow my dreams in the real estate world! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, and our families, participating in all types of sporting events, being outdoors, and going ‘home’ to help out on the family farm. I look forward to assisting you with selling your home or helping you in the search for your perfect home!

Jessica Brown, Agent

I was born and raised in Iowa Falls and moved to Ringgold County in 2002, but have been coming to the lake since I was a kid. My husband and I own two successful businesses, Brown Dirtwork and Foxy Bobcat. Together we have six children. I enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. I love talking to people about real estate, giving fun facts about the area, and showing people around. Assisting people with the process of buying or selling a home is something I am very excited to do!

Thank you for being here — I’m Britney! I was born and raised in St. Charles, Iowa, but spent a lot of my time at both of my grandparents farms outside of Truro, Iowa. I’ve dreamt of becoming a Realtor for 12 years and now have finally made that happen. I also achieved my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare while working and raising a family. I have an eye for attention to detail and love decorating. My other hobbies include spending time with friends and family, camping, boating, and going to my kids sporting events. I love helping people, so I cannot wait to help you sell your home or find your dream home! Life is short, so do what you love!

I was raised in Clarke County. After high school I went on to Iowa State, where I graduated in 2011. I spent a number of years in conservation and ag sales before deciding to farm full time. Whether you’re selling or buying your first home, farm or next investment property, I’m ready to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
