Paula McClaflin, Broker/Owner

I really like to help people find their dream homes, but even more, I like to buy and remodel homes! I find comfort and fun in purchasing a house and restoring it back to its former glory. The same holds true for buildings — I purchased the old Hart’s Bridal shop in the late fall of 2013 and basically gutted it and started over. I knew I wanted a firm where anyone that walked through my door would feel welcomed and my agents would love a great place to work! That dream has become a reality with the addition of new agents and staff, and a building we’ve called home for almost 10 years.

I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Kristin Flaherty, Associate Broker

I was born and raised on a family-owned Century Farm in South Central Iowa and attended and graduated from the Murray Community School District. I continued my post-high school education at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa. After graduating from college, I was hired at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the mortgage refinancing department and worked for them for over three and a half years before deciding to follow my dreams in the real estate world! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, and our families, participating in all types of sporting events, being outdoors, and going ‘home’ to help out on the family farm. I look forward to assisting you with selling your home or helping you in the search for your perfect home!

Jessica Brown, Agent

I was born and raised in Iowa Falls and moved to Ringgold County in 2002, but have been coming to the lake since I was a kid. My husband and I own two successful businesses, Brown Dirtwork and Foxy Bobcat. Together we have six children. I enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. I love talking to people about real estate, giving fun facts about the area, and showing people around. Assisting people with the process of buying or selling a home is something I am very excited to do!

Thank you for being here — I’m Britney! I was born and raised in St. Charles, Iowa, but spent a lot of my time at both of my grandparents farms outside of Truro, Iowa. I have an eye for attention to detail and love decorating. My other hobbies include spending time with friends and family, camping, boating, and going to my kids sporting events. I love helping people, so I cannot wait to help you sell your home or find your dream home! Life is short, so do what you love!
