This ‘Landmark Building ‘was constructed in Creston, IA in 1880 as the First National Bank Building and is an intricate part of our community. Across the street from the historic Amtrak Train Depot, it still grabs the attention of travelers and locals alike while UpTown Creston. The exterior of this ionic building was recently restored with repairs to it’s original cornices & cornerstones, exterior facade and new windows. Interior of the main level has been brought up to date with lighting, plumbing & interior finishes. The Entry stairwell is original marble slabs with turn-of-the century iron railing. The floor plan is 80’x21’-5” with a large open area, vault, restroom & storage. Lower level is divided with office/storage areas and toilet room. The Upper level is an open canvas for loft living, design/photography studios, Office Space.
